Entriq’s Mobile Service upgrade allows Content Provider to give Users a Truly Integrated Cross-Platform Experience.

CARLSBAD, Calif., February 7, 2007  –  Entriq, a company that enables content providers to leverage the power of new media distribution, said today it’s now giving its clients better tools for delivering and managing their programs for mobile users.  Mobile Release 3.1 will feature full integration with Entriq’s state-of-the-art online billing and commerce engine, support advertisement delivery and automatically create previews of content such as video and ringtones.

Mobile Release 3.1 fully integrates Entriq's world-class commerce engine with the Entriq Mobile Service, allowing clients to conduct integrated cross-platform promotional campaigns and introduce a variety of sophisticated billing options such as coupons and discount schemes.  Another plus for clients is that they can improve their users’ experience by allowing them to use the same logins and registrations for both mobile and broadband platforms.  Miratunes, a leading provider of entertainment to Asian communities, is extending their service from broadband, which is built on the Entriq service, to the Entriq Mobile Service.

"We are pleased to align ourselves with an organization such as Entriq, to partner in providing a cross-platform solution and deliver a unique user experience.  We therefore are able to manage this emerging business more efficiently and effectively." said Michelle Tran, Chief Executive Officer of Miratunes, Inc. "Entriq's unique innovation provides a unified opportunity in the distribution of new media.  Our perspective is that this new view will assist us in capitalizing on the growth of the new media platforms. The opportunities to use mobile as both a viewing platform and promotional channel for our broadband services will augment our business delivery to our marketplace."

The upgrade to Release 3.1 incorporates Entriq's Ad Delivery Service, which allows clients to dynamically place banner ads on their Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) sites and dynamically attach pre-roll ads to video content. Release 3.1 also supports the dynamic creation of ringtone and video previews when content is being ingested into the Entriq service.  This will give Entriq customers the ability to provide previews of content to potential end users so they can experience the content on a test basis, thus improving sales conversion.

To support the enhanced offerings and increased demand for the Entriq Mobile Service, Entriq also announced the opening of its Los Angeles Data Center.  Entriq now has five data centers and the new Southern California location will provide clients with increased network bandwidth, system redundancy and expanded storage capacities -- all designed to improve the quality of service and the end user experience of Entriq’s clients.

“There is tremendous interest from the media marketplace in using the reach of the mobile platform to extend broadband service offerings.   We have listened to our clients’ needs and we believe our Mobile Release 3.1 delivers the integrated experience they want,” said Jan Hofmeyr, Entriq’s Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development.  “We believe the Entriq service delivers the leading cross-platform solution for media companies.  We are committed to continued innovation to help our clients meet their users’ expectations.”
