Manoj Menon the Asia Pacific head of Frost and Sullivan’s ICT practice provided a thought provoking presentation, highlighting some interesting facts that are critical but often ignored in our analysis.
I was in particular impressed by a presentation from Raghu Prasad CTO, AP at Comverse, who discussed the secrets of successful mobile content billing. It was so complete that it formed a good tutorial for someone wanting to catch up with the challenges and trends of mobile content billing.
The areas that Terrapinn may like to include for next year are monetizing mobile content through advertising and ways and means of generating traffic for sustaining advertising based business models.
The conference on the whole was well thought out and well run by Marijohn Sampson and her team – who together did an excellent job. Three cheers for them.
